Sharing your resources. The Foundation is approved by the IRS as a 501c3 organization, enabling your contribution to be tax exempt. The Michael Patterson Foundation relies heavily on individual contributions. Our immediate goals are to: secure a permanent place, accrue operational and capital support to staff and utilize case management functions, create lobbying material for mental health awareness and reform and provide vital linkages to various organization who can create a network of care for Maryland’s poor.

Please consider our work when planning your giving. We accept your in-kind donations, bequests, and individual contributions as well as corporate grants and employee campaign fund dollars, seed money, general operating support and capital support. The Foundation seeks to put your good contributions to work, to link your contributions to solve community ills and create positive change together.

Calvert Hall Alumni: Plans are underway to start and fund an annual scholarship for a needy Calvert Hall student who may be struggling with mental health issues, is struggling financially and has a history of service to the poor. Donating to the fund, or to operational or program support is welcome.
